These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of planesandlanes.com (the “Site”), operated by Agile Tech, UAB, a private limited company registered in Lithuania (company code 304691080, VAT ID LT100011207013), Ukmergės g. 364-49, LT-14188 Vilnius, Lithuania (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is a free online resource that publishes reviews, rankings and comparisons of consumer products. We do not sell products, take payments or fulfil orders. Any purchase you make happens on a third-party website under that party’s own terms.

2. Advertising, rankings and reviews

We receive advertising compensation from companies whose products appear on the Site: fees paid by brands and sellers to be featured, and commissions on purchases made through links on the Site. That compensation affects which products appear on the Site, and their position, order and, in some cases, their rating. Some of the products featured are sold by companies connected to our publisher, Agile Tech, UAB.

Ratings, reviews and rankings reflect our subjective opinion, formed from the information available to us when a page is written or updated. They are not a guarantee of performance, and a listing does not imply endorsement of a product or its seller.

Guides and reviews that are paid content are labelled “Advertorial” at the top of the page. Links to sellers may be advertising or affiliate links: when you buy through one, the seller may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. The purchase itself takes place on the seller’s website under the seller’s own terms.

3. No advice; information only

Content on the Site is general information, not professional, financial, medical or other advice. Product details, availability and prices come from public sources and advertisers, may change at any time, and may contain errors. Always verify important details (including the price and specifications) with the seller before buying.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, layout, graphics, logos and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of the Site. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use; any other use, including reproduction, scraping or republication, requires our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, no interfering with the Site’s operation, no automated bulk collection of content, and no use of the Site to distribute malware or unsolicited communications.

6. Third-party websites

The Site links to websites operated by third parties, including brands and retailers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. When you leave the Site, the third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content, including purchases made from third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page, and material changes apply from the moment they are published here. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts, except that if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you keep the protection of the mandatory rules, and the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of the country where you live, and we will bring any proceedings against you as a consumer only in the courts of the country where you live.
